The earlier vols in series 1 and 2 especially are fantastic, crammed with letters relating to the reigns of Henry VII, Henry VIII and his wives and ministers, Edward VI, Mary and Elizabeth, and all printed exactly as they were written (unlike those summarized in Letters and Papers or the Calendars of State Papers where an abstract alone is usually provided).  Find all the volumes at the following link, where you can explore them as online ebooks or download them to your computer.
